Questions
Cost, timing, permits, counts and servicing. If the answer you want is not here, the phone is faster than reading further.
Straight answers
One flat price agreed on the call, covering delivery, the rental period, the servicing and pick-up. What moves it is which unit, how long it stands, how far out the drop is and how often it is serviced — which is exactly why a fixed list price would be wrong for most jobs.
A day or two covers standard units most of the time. Restroom trailers, accessible trailers and large event layouts want a week or more, and wedding season books further out than that.
Often, if the call comes in during the morning. Where you sit on the delivery run matters more than how many units you want, and we will give you an honest window on the phone.
Delivery and placement, the rental period, scheduled servicing — pumping, fresh water, restock and a wipe-down — and pick-up when you are done.
Roughly one per fifty guests over a four-hour event, or one per ten workers on a job site, with a hand-wash station for every two or three units. Alcohol and long runs push it up. The unit calculator walks through it.
Not for a unit standing on private property. Anything in the public right of way — a street closure, a sidewalk placement, the beach lots — needs a City of Long Beach permit, and units on a state highway like PCH fall under Caltrans instead.
Anywhere the truck can reach on firm, reasonably level ground. Soft turf and real slopes are the two that cause trouble; a driveway, a gravel pad or a parking stall is ideal.
Yes. A single unit for a back-yard party or a bathroom remodel is a completely normal order.
Call and we will extend it. Past a month it moves onto the monthly rate, which is much better value per day than rolling a short-term rental.
It is scheduled when you book, so nothing drifts. If the job finishes early or runs long, one call moves it.
Ask it on the phone — it is a two-minute call and you will get a price at the same time.
